To conclude our podcast season we decided to talk about the World Wide famous Waimea Bay. This Bay is know by a great number of people around the globe for the Eddie Aikau Surfing contest and its inchanting scenario. The Bay is been an historical landmark for both the Hawaiian culture as well as the wester civilisation. Now days it is one of the most visited areas on O'ahu. Koko Head Trail

Koko Head trail is one of the most known hikes on the side of Hawaii Kai. Beginning at the Koko Head Regional Park, the Koko Crater Hike is known as "Nature's Stairmaster" because of it's long hike consisting of more 1000 steps up the crater side. The hike path is along the old railway track previously used by military.
Since the beginning of our project it has been one of our goal to inform your followers about the great view of the Koko head mountain as well as the big dangers that it hides. During our visit, we were able to discover a few elements that were unknown to us. In this podcast we will cover a little bit of the history and the original purpose of the rails, the dangers that the hike has and the possible future of the site.

Hanauma Bay

In our very first blog, we will be taking you to Hanauma Bay, located in the beautiful east side of the island of Oahu. Hanauma Bay is a very popular destination amongst various visitors and locals alike due to snorkeling in the bay's lovely waters.
Most people don't realize that Hanauma Bay is actually a nature reserve. Here, along with a stretch of a white-sand bay, you will find live coral and marine life living in the ocean. This video will give you a brief introduction to the bay, current issues with the government, the challenges the bay faces, and helpful and useful tips when you visit this lovely island treasure!
